Yesterday afternoon I started feeling pretty flat. I had another good sleep but woke up feeling pretty much the same. Flat. 8am I’m up, I make Keegans Milo, popping his new fabourite show on. 3 2 1 And out he runs from the bedroom all excited. That always makes me smile.
